Where to find Shimanoyama Circuit in Forza Horizon 6

How to complete the Short Circuit challenge

The Shimanoyama Circuit is among the many road events found in Forza Horizon 6.

It also shows up as part of the Short Circuit daily challenge during the summer segment of the Horizon Decades Festival Playlist. That said, because the daily task doesn’t name the precise spot on the map—and there are numerous road races scattered everywhere—it can take a bit of effort to pinpoint the Shimanoyama Circuit.

Here’s where to locate the Shimanoyama Circuit in Forza Horizon 6, plus guidance to help you wrap up the Short Circuit challenge.

The Shimanoyama Circuit is located in the northeastern part of the Shimanoyama area. While this area includes the full western coastline of the map, the circuit sits along the upper-right edge.

To get there quickly, fast travel to the closest road connection. Identify any road marked in white or orange, move your cursor over it, then press X/Square on your controller or X on your keyboard to teleport. If you don’t have a nearby fast-travel option, your safest alternative is the Horizon Festival Site in the Ohtani region, but you’ll need to go there through the storyline first.

Also, the Shimanoyama Circuit is included in the Short Circuit daily challenge within the Horizon Decades Festival Playlists. To complete it, you have to win a race at this track using any 1980s car. If you want to make the challenge more manageable, set the difficulty to Tourist and turn on any or all assists. Once you’re done, you’ll earn one point toward your Series 2 progress.
