Good news! We’ve got a bundle of Frostpunk game codes ready to share with our fantastic annual supporters of Eurogamer. Just a heads-up: if you contribute monthly, you won’t be able to claim one of these.
Alongside the giveaway, we’re cutting the cost of an annual Eurogamer subscription. You’ll save £5/€5/$5 from the full price, bringing the yearly total to £25/€25/$25. On a monthly basis, that works out to a little over two pounds/euros/dollars. For comparison, a standard monthly Eurogamer subscription is £3/€3/$3.
To use the discount, enter the code “Save5” while purchasing an annual subscription. You can find this in the supporter area of the site. On the checkout page, look for the box labeled “Add promotion code”—that’s where the discount code should go.
One more important point: the offer runs out on Friday, 13th October, which is admittedly a bit ominous.
Today’s Frostpunk giveaway also lines up with the launch of my Frostpunk 2 preview. I recently sat through a thirty-minute look at the game and came away genuinely impressed. It keeps the core feel of Frostpunk, though the changes underneath are substantial and should significantly shift how everything plays out.
If you’re not in the loop, Frostpunk is the extremely demanding city-building survival game from 2018. Players had to stay level-headed while the apocalypse-level cold pushed your limits—and you also had to avoid becoming a grim dictator along the way. How far would you go to keep your people alive? That was the game’s guiding idea.

How to claim a Frostpunk key
We currently have Frostpunk keys for PC, Xbox, and PlayStation, though there are far more available for PC. Also, the PC codes are only valid for GOG, not for any other service.
Getting a code is easy. Go to the “My account” area of Eurogamer—you can find it in the top-right on desktop, or through the three-line Menu on mobile. From there, select “Codes” and scroll until you reach the Frostpunk giveaway widget. Don’t forget to choose the platform you want your key for.
