The Digital Foundry merch store has relaunched

We previously ran a Digital Foundry merchandise shop, and yes, it’s still going—today it’s back with a lineup of fresh, original designs spanning multiple categories. That means you can now pick up zipped hoodies, stickers, posters, and beanies, along with the familiar shirts and mugs we’re known for. Even better, everything is 10 percent off for Black Friday.

Along with the new artwork and expanded categories, the biggest update is that the shop is no longer operating on a print-on-demand basis. Every item has been pre-ordered, which lets us deliver higher print quality while giving us more room to decide on the best materials and suppliers. The result should be shirts, hoodies, beanies, and other products that hold up better over time—staying true to our focus on quality over quantity across our drinkware and the rest of our offerings.

For now, the standout is the DF Fighters shirt and poster, designed by illustrator Rachel Hams. It puts the Digital Foundry crew into a retro arcade look (with the artwork partially visible above!). I was able to get my prototype shirt and poster a little early, and they’ve quickly turned into some of my go-to designs.

Of course, there’s plenty more on the way, including additional categories and new designs created by the incredibly talented folks in our Digital Foundry Discord community. We’re always impressed by how welcoming, varied, and insightful this group is, and we’d love for you to take part too. If you’re interested, you can read more about the Digital Foundry supporters program on Patreon.

We hope you’ll enjoy the refreshed merchandise range, and thanks for your patience while we got everything ready. The process took a little longer than planned, but the items now live on the site—and what’s set to arrive in 2024 and beyond—should make the wait worthwhile.

If you’d like to share any thoughts about the store, whether they’re concerns, questions, or ideas, please feel free to send them our way on whichever channel is easiest for you: the comments below, Twitter, Patreon, or Discord are all great places to do so.
