Three fresh actors have been added to the cast lineup for Amazon’s acclaimed Fallout series, with preparations underway for the show’s third season.
Manny Jacinto, Emily Mortimer, and Thomasin McKenzie are set to appear in the production, Deadline reports. While details about their characters haven’t been disclosed yet, each performer will take on a recurring part when season three launches.
Jacinto’s earlier TV work includes playing Jason Mendoza on NBC’s The Good Place (a role that, naturally, is wildly entertaining) and starring as the Stranger in the Star Wars series The Acolyte.
Mortimer, meanwhile, brings a wide-ranging resume of screen credits, featuring films such as Notting Hill, Paddington in Peru, Shutter Island, and The 51st State. She’s also turned up in many television projects, including her appearance as Phoebe in 30 Rock with Tina Fey.
Rounding out the trio is McKenzie, who starred as Astrid in The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies before earning wider notice for her portrayal of Elsa Korr in Jojo Rabbit. Joining returning cast members Ella Purnell and Walton Goggins, along with fellow newcomer Aaron Paul, are all three of the newly announced hires. Production for Fallout’s third season is scheduled to start in LA this month.

Fallout was picked up for a third season in May, coming several months ahead of the second season’s premiere. Later, in December, Bethesda’s Todd Howard confirmed that work on season three’s script was already underway.
Looking at season two, it delivered plenty of Easter eggs for viewers, including a few familiar faces drawn from the original Fallout game.
