Barn discoveries are hidden vehicles tucked away in Forza Horizon 6 barns. Inside, you’ll find overlooked iconic cars that you can bring back to working order and add to your garage. While anyone who takes the time to explore the game’s vast map can locate where a barn sits, the cars can’t be accessed until you move through the Discover Japan portion of the collection journal.
You may want to jump into Horizon events to compete for a spot on the festival podiums, but to unlock each barn discovery in Forza Horizon 6, you’ll have to collect all seven stamps first. Below, we’ve laid out where every barn is, how to uncover it, and which vehicles are waiting inside.
Update (June 24): We’ve updated this walkthrough with the statistics for every vehicle.
All barn discovery locations in Forza Horizon 6
You can track 15 barn discoveries scattered across the different regions of Forza Horizon 6. Each one holds a car that needs restoration. As noted, each vehicle may take a few hours to restore, though you can speed things up by spending credits. If you’d rather not wait, you’ll get a prompt telling you that the car is ready—just choose the “Barn Finds” tab from the “Cars” menu.

You won’t be able to open a barn or start restoring its contents until you’ve been given a hint tied to that specific barn. As you earn new stamps by raising your Discover Japan rank, barn discovery locations will start appearing for you. Each stamp unlocks two or three barn discovery spots on your map, shown as a broad circular marker where the barn can be found. After you locate a barn, a cutscene plays with your character and companions entering it. If you move toward a barn before it’s been added to your map, nothing happens.
Below, we’ve arranged every barn discovery in the same sequence you’ll encounter them:
