Sandrone will be a new 5-Star Cryo character arriving in Genshin Impact with version 6.7.
Although Sandrone is set to take the spotlight as a boosted 5-Star on her “To the Looking-Glass the Mademoiselle Said” Banner in version 6.7, she’s also expected to come back later on once the Banner rotation reaches her again.
If you want to be ready as soon as she drops, we’ve gathered credible leaks for Sandrone’s Ascension materials and Talent materials, helping you strengthen her right away. To help you get a feel for how she plays, we’ve broken down what’s currently known about Sandrone’s kit and Constellations.
Please note that all of this is drawn from leaked beta data, so Sandrone’s materials and kit may be adjusted before her official debut.

Sandrone kit
Sandrone is a 5-Star Cryo character who uses a claymore. Keep in mind this is leaked beta material from honeyhunterworld, meaning details could shift once Sandrone is officially released. Also, all percentages below are calculated using Level 1 Skills. Here’s an overview of Sandrone’s kit in Genshin Impact:
- Element: Cryo.
- Rarity: 5-Star.
- Weapon: Claymore.
- Normal Attack: Formule Phenomenale: Self-Evident Proposition.
- Elemental Skill: Formule Phenomenale: Differential Analysis.
- Elemental Burst: Formule Phenomenale: Q.E.D..
- Passive one: Light of Rationalisme – When a Superconduct reaction triggers from your party members, it will be converted to Stellar-Conduct, and their Base Stellar-Conduct damage will increase based on Sandrone’s attack; for every 100 attack Sandrone has, the Base Stellar-Conduct damage rises by 0.7%. This tops out at a maximum bonus of 14%. In addition, when Sandrone is positioned within a Polestar Field, she enters the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state.
- Passive two: Archaic Calculation Engine – Radiance Stellar-Conduct: Using Sandrone’s Elemental Skill, if Fagio’s Decoding Power is above 50, the second Prism Shot fired by Fagio at nearby foes will deal 400% of its original damage as Fagio’s Decoding Power decreases. Also, every time Fagio loses 10 points of Decoding Power, it gains one stack of Refined Tactics for 60 seconds (up to 10 stacks). When Sandrone casts her Elemental Burst while in the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state, all Refined Tactics stacks are refreshed, making the Convective Inhibition Ray deal (100% + (number of stacks cleared ×5))% of its original damage.
- Passive three: A Lady’s Code of Conduct – Radiance Stellar-Conduct: Increases Sandrone’s Elemental Mastery in proportion to her attack. Every additional 100 attack boosts her Elemental Mastery by eight, with a maximum increase of 160.
- Passive four: A Caucus Prelude and a Long Tale – While Sandrone is in your party, you’ll earn extra snack rewards after completing your Daily Commissions with Katheryne.
Sandrone Normal Attack – Formule Phenomenale: Self-Evident Proposition
Sandrone can perform as many as three back-to-back hits by pressing the normal attack button. If you hold the button instead, she uses a certain amount of Stamina to carry out an upward thrust.
Holding the normal attack button will summon the Facilitatrice Automatisee Generaliste Interactive et Omnitache—often shortened to Fagio. It can switch into Decoding Mode, unleashing a sweeping fire-style assault ahead of it and firing condensed beams that deal AOE Cryo damage. If Radiance Stellar-Conduct is active, the beam damage will be treated as Stellar-Conduct damage.
During Decoding Mode, Fagio’s Decoding Power increases gradually, and each beam it fires raises that power further. Once it reaches 100 points, Fagio enters Power Overdrive Mode.
In Power Overdrive Mode, Fagio attacks enemies less frequently, with these strikes dealing Cryo damage. During this phase, Fagio can’t return to Decoding Mode. Power Overdrive Mode lasts until Decoding Power drops below 50.
If Fagio isn’t in Decoding Mode, its Decoding Power slowly falls over time. When Sandrone is off-field, she focuses on keeping Fagio running, causing Decoding Power to drop at a faster rate—300% of the original decline speed.
Like most plunging attacks, Sandrone drops from the air and strikes the ground below to deal AOE Damage on impact, hitting nearby foes.
Sandrone Elemental Skill – Formule Phenomenale: Differential Analysis
By using this skill, Sandrone boards the Tea Party Tactical Assault Hovermech and hovers forward for six seconds, during which you can steer the craft’s movement. Activating Sprint consumes 10 Stamina, letting Sandrone enter a fast hover phase where her mobility increases greatly—but it costs 15 Stamina per second.
If there are enemies nearby when Sandrone begins the hover, she summons a Prismatic Resonance Cannon, which fires two Prism Shots at foes that haven’t cooled down. This attack deals Cryo damage, and if Radiance Stellar-Conduct is active, the second Prism Shot is considered Stellar-Conduct damage.
While operating this craft, Sandrone can also repair Fagio, which initially reduces Decoding Power by 40 points. After that, it continues to drop by 10 points every 0.1 seconds as long as Sandrone remains airborne.
Sandrone Elemental Burst – Formule Phenomenale: Q.E.D.
Sandrone calls forth a barrage of Prismatic Resonance cannons that target her enemies with a Convective Inhibition Ray, dealing AOE Cryo damage. If Radiance Stellar-Conduct is active, the ray’s AOE Cryo damage will be counted as Stellar-Conduct damage.
Sandrone Talent materials
To get the most out of
When using Sandrone, you’ll need to grow her potential by applying Talent resources, and the exact materials vary depending on the character.
Based on the newest beta findings collected from honeyhunterworld, it looks like you’ll likely need a large number of Drive Shaft and Vagrancy items (unless you already have them) to fully max out her capabilities.

Be sure to grab any new Primogem codes to help you pull for them, and check our frequently updated tier list.
You’ll need some good luck from both the Pity and 50/50 systems to Wish with Fate for characters on Banners, and always make sure your Adventure Rank matches what the events require.
We also have tips and tricks aimed at newcomers.
Sandrone Ascension Materials
Just like Talents, Sandrone’s Ascension upgrades rely on specific materials to strengthen her HP, ATK, DEF, and critical hit performance.
From the same honeyhunterworld beta leaks, it seems you’ll need a significant amount of Subdetection Unit and Drive Shaft resources for Sandrone (unless you already own them) to fully enhance her.
Unlike Talent materials, you only need to use the Ascension items below once to bring Sandrone up to her highest character level. In addition, Acquaint Fate is provided when you hit certain Ascension milestones. You can spend this Fate on the standard and beginner Banners to Wish for characters and weapons.
Here’s the Sandrone Ascension materials and Mora required at each Ascension stage:
| Sandrone Ascension level | Sandrone Ascension materials | Mora cost | Ascension reward |
|---|---|---|---|
| Level 20 | x1 Shivada Jade Sliver, x3 Subdetection Unit, x3 Broken Drive Shaft | 20,000 | x1 Acquaint Fate |
| Level 40 | x3 Shivada Jade Fragment, x2 Plume of the Fallen Watcher, x10 Subdetection Unit, x15 Broken Drive Shaft | 40,000 | None |
| Level 50 | x6 Shivada Jade Fragment, x4 Plume of the Fallen Watcher, x20 Subdetection Unit, x12 Reinforced Drive Shaft | 60,000 | x1 Acquaint Fate |
| Level 60 | x3 Shivada Jade Chunk, x8 Plume of the Fallen Watcher, x30 Subdetection Unit, x18 Reinforced Drive Shaft | 80,000 | None |
| Level 70 | x6 Shivada Jade Chunk, x12 Plume of the Fallen Watcher, x45 Subdetection Unit, x12 Precision Drive Shaft | 100,000 | x1 Acquaint Fate |
| Level 80 | x6 Shivada Jade Gemstone, x20 Plume of the Fallen Watcher, x60 Subdetection Unit, x24 Precision Drive Shaft | 120,000 | None |
In total, here are the complete Ascension Materials you’ll need for Sandrone in Genshin Impact:
- x1 Shivada Jade Sliver
- x6 Shivada Jade Gemstone
- x9 Shivada Jade Fragment
- x9 Shivada Jade Chunk
- x18 Broken Drive Shaft
- x30 Reinforced Drive Shaft
- x36 Precision Drive Shaft
- x46 Plume of the Fallen Watcher
- x168 Subdetection Unit
- 420,000 Mora
Once again, these are leaked beta details, so Sandrone’s required materials may be different before her official release.
Sandrone Constellations
When you obtain duplicate copies of Sandrone by pulling on her Banner, you’ll receive her Stella Fortuna. This item lets you unlock Constellation levels, where each upgrade strengthens either a current Talent or a Passive ability.
Many thanks to honeyhunterworld again for sharing this leaked beta information—here are all of Sandrone’s Constellations in Genshin Impact:
- Morrow After the Golden Dusk (C1): While in Decoding Mode, Fagio’s Decoding Power increases at a 50% reduced rate, and all party members deal 30% more Stellar-Conduct damage.
- An Heiress Gazed Into the Looking-Glass (C2): Radiance Stellar-Conduct boosts Charged Attack condensed beam damage by 100% of Sandrone’s attack. Also, each time a beam is launched, the damage from every condensed beam fired during this Decoding Mode interval increases further by an additional 40% of Sandrone’s attack (up to three stacks).
- Refuse the Wake of Dusk, the Moonlit Yoke (C3): Increases the Level of Sandrone’s Normal Attack by three, up to a maximum upgrade level of 15.
- In Knowledge Lies the World’s True Ground (C4): When Sandrone deals Stellar-Conduct damage, she also summons an extra Prismatic Resonance Cannon to perform a coordinated strike that deals Cryo damage equal to 125% of her attack. This damage is treated as Stellar-Conduct damage, and the effect can happen once every four seconds.
- Of All Beside, She Takes No Part (C5): Raises the Level of Sandrone’s Elemental Burst by three, with a maximum upgrade level of 15.
- Narcissus Wakes, Her Eyes Upon the Dawn (C6): When Fagio fires a condensed beam for the third time during Decoding Mode, it changes into a stronger Condensed Cluster Beam that shoots continuously. This beam can deal up to four extra rounds of AOE Cryo damage at 75% of Sandrone’s attack, in addition to any original beam fired. Radiance: Stellar-Conduct: The Condensed Cluster Beam instead deals four additional AOE Cryo damage instances at 50% of Sandrone’s attack. This damage counts as Stellar-Conduct damage. In addition, all Stellar-Conduct damage Sandrone deals is boosted by 20%.
Wishing you great luck as you level up Sandrone in Genshin Impact!
